TME: Major Project

MYOD: Make Your Own Device

A series of projects allowing high schools to integrate technology into music education in an affordable and meaningful way. MYOD is a two phase program involving the design, creation and implementation of MIDI controllers as a means of experiencing music. The cross-curricular link with Technology means that funding for the creation of the MIDI controllers can be sourced from STEM budgets. Not only does the creation component of the project mean that more funding is available, students experience the benefits of the maker movement and PBL.
