About CSMusicEducation

The integration and importance Composition and Technology in music education are relevant and essential topics to discuss as a music educator.

As I complete the subjects Technology in Music Education (TME) and Composition in Music Education (CME), I will share my experiences of workshops, discuss key ideas and practical implications of composition and technology in music education, and share any resources I make! As well as this, I will be sharing the journey of my major project for TME.

MYOD: Make Your Own Device

Our TME Major Project is now live here.

Check out how we combined PBL, the maker movement, STEM and Technology in an attempt to provide a quality music education for all.

ABOUT CAITLIN

She has been learning violin for 15 years, currently studying under Ole Bohn, and has been teaching privately and in music schools for five years. Caitlin’s interest in music education grew from her years playing in youth orchestras and musicals and it is her goal to make those positive musical experiences more accessible to students from all backgrounds.
